We at COAD My Fireplace want you to have peace of mind, knowing that, if your furnace (or fireplace) stops working, help is only a phone call away.

It won’t be answered in some far-off location. No, it will be answered locally, and we will send a technician to you promptly.



 

And customers who have service agreement are given priority service and will go to the front of the line—even in our busiest season. Our technician will be there within 12 hours—or we will waive the service call fee. (Conditions apply. Please see details below.*)

 

Included in the cost of your service agreement is an annual performance and safety inspection that will decrease the chances that your unit will stop heating your home when you need it most. It’s always best to prevent problems before they occur.

 

We’ll track and record your system’s maintenance and service history. No need to wonder when it was last tended to.

 

When you have a service agreement you cannot only rest assured that we will tend to your problem quickly and efficiently and do what we can to prevent problems from arising in the first place, but we’ll also lock in your price for a full year. Plus, you’ll receive a 10% discount on all repairs, including parts and associated labour costs.

 *24/7 Emergency Service is available to customers with a Planned Service Agreement who have a critical problem with the heating or cooling unit covered under the agreement and without on-site service, damage to people or property will result. Every reasonable attempt will be made to repair the problem. Some parts may not be available until the next business day. All other service or repairs will be made during regular working hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
